Each report starts with your SWA Performance Score, providing a 1-10 rating across Skill, Will, and Attitude. From there, you can explore a granular, question-by-question breakdown and a tailored summary highlighting your key strengths and specific areas for growth. To provide total context, we include industry benchmarking so you can see exactly how you rank against candidates in similar roles.

We recommend being as detailed as possible in the first fact finding question in the interview. The more specific your answer, the more tailored the interview will be to you and your sought after role. We further suggest you treat every session as a real interview assessment. Because our AI generates dynamic follow-ups, focus on active listening and truthful answers rather than reciting memorized notes. Our platform was not only designed to prepare you for a specific interview, but also to help you get comfortable showcasing your best self and to prepare for the unexpected. After the session, take some time to reflect on the feedback to refine your areas for improvement.

You need to enroll in the Skillity Prep Discovery plan, which allows you to experience one full complimentary Skillity practice interview and receive a comprehensive feedback report. After your discovery interview, you will need to enroll in a paid plan or pay per interview for any further use.

Yes, you can switch plans any time. When you move to a higher tier, your new features are unlocked immediately, and your bill will be pro-rated for the remainder of the month. You can also add on-demand interview credits if you run out. To downgrade, however, you will have to wait until the end of the current billing cycle for the changes to take place.

You can make changes to your plan or subscriptions at any time via the "Billing" tab in your dashboard settings.

You can purchase extra on-demand credits or upgrade your plan if you need more.

Yes. It will renew automatically until you cancel.

Yes. You will retain access to all of your plan's features until the next billing period.

You can cancel your subscription and / or close your account in the settings tab in your dashboard.

You will still have access to your account and all its stored data for 12 months, after which it will be automatically deleted for GDPR compliance. If you would like us to delete your data any sooner, consult our privacy policy for instructions on how to do so.

No people will be able to view any of your video or audio files. Your recordings are private and encrypted. Trusted third party service providers (e.g cloud hosting, security, or analytics) may have access but under strict contracts for the sole purpose of running the platform.

We may use pseudonymized, aggregated data to improve our models but only with your explicit consent provided prior to starting an interview. Your specific identity and individual recordings are never used for public training.

You can either delete your account and all data in the settings tab on your dashboard or by emailing contact@skillity.ai.
