Any AI system that processes sensitive data and evaluates people carries risks, which we mitigate through proactive monitoring of our systems and data. To effectively do so, we ask users to voluntarily share diversity and disability information to identify and remove any feedback patterns of bias within our models. This data exists only in aggregated, pseudonymised form, will never be shared, and does not affect your Skillity experience in any way.
In addition to bias monitoring, we perform regular security audits, penetration testing, and regularly review our privacy policy to ensure that your data remains private and secure.
